A Catholic education is one of the best gifts parents can give their children. We are partners with our parents in providing a solid academic and faith-filled education for our students.

Building a warm and welcoming community is extremely important at Mary Our Queen.

Our Process

If you are a NEW family to MOQ, here is how to begin the MOQ Application process:

    Create a FACTS Account here

  • 2

    Check your email containing a verification link and verify your email.

  • 3

    Log in to your newly created FACTS account and Create A New Student Application for your child.

  • 4
    After you begin an application, you will have the ability to log in and out of your FACTS account and access your open application.
  • 5

    A non-refundable application fee of $22 will be charged upon submission of this Mary Our Queen School Application Form.

After submitting the Application Form you will be able to track your admissions status by logging in to your FACTS account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed Application and monitor when Mary Our Queen School School receives any applicable supplemental forms.

Tuition and Affordability

Investing in your child and their education

We are a parish school and want an education at MOQ to be affordable for our families. We understand the financial sacrifice parents make to send their student to MOQ.

Tuition is established annually by the Parish Finance Committee and Pastor. The Parish Tuition Assistance Fund, Children’s Scholarship Fund, and the Latino Scholarship Fund provide support to families to make a Catholic education at MOQ possible for all who desire it.

Additionally, two alumni scholarships are awarded each year for students entering 6th and 8th grade.

Current MOQ Families

If you have a student currently enrolled at MOQ School and would like to enroll a new student (Preschool/PreK/Kindergarten), please log in to your FACTS Family portal and complete an admissions packet for the NEW student(s).

The school office will contact you as soon as the completed packet is received.
